The NAIFA Certification Commission Review Process and Disciplinary Process For Complaints Against LACP Certificants
Those who earn the LACP Certification (LACP Certificant) are required to comply with standards of professional conduct and adhere to the NAIFA Code of Ethics.
The LACP Certification Commission will review complaints concerning the professional conduct of LACP Certificants that are brought to the attention of the LACP Certification Commission and will follow the process set forth below in reviewing such complaints.
