Dawn D. Hallman, JD is the Principal Attorney and founder of Hallman & Associates. As a nationally recognized estate and tax planning attorney, she has over two decades of experience creatively helping clients plan their legacy, protect their assets, and save taxes. Dawn has written numerous articles, papers, and is the co-author of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Electronic Form Book on Estate Planning. Thomas E. Herr, JD is a Partner at Dunn Law Firm, LLP. He is a third-generation attorney who advises private clients, multigenerational families, farmers, banks and closely held businesses throughout Illinois on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, fiduciary administration, charitable planning, and related tax matters. His practice focuses on structuring durable legal solutions that preserve family and business continuity, manage transfer-tax exposure, and align planning with clients’ long-term objectives.
Tom’s experience spans the full lifecycle of estate and trust planning, from foundational structures to advanced planning and administration for high-net-worth estates.
