Melissa Gwennap is a seasoned insurance professional with twenty-four years of experience in the industry. As a licensed insurance agent, she has worked in various departments, including claims, customer service, agent service, and sales, and has gained experience in all ancillary products and short- and long-term care. Her area of expertise is training agents and agencies on Medicare and ancillary products. She currently serves as Humana’s Director, Channel Development Medicare Supplement.

Matt Leitterman will be celebrating 20 years with Humana this summer. He has held multiple sales and leadership roles in the Insurance Industry throughout his tenure. In 2022 he entered into his most recent role as the National Channel Development Director, were he supports local market leaders in developing creative solutions for our customers and agents.

For those requesting credits, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you about a week after the webinar, upon successful completion of the webinar. For CFP® credit, FSP/NAIFA will report your credit to the CFP Board for you after the webinar.
Upon registration, you will receive instructions via e-mail on how to participate in the program. The e-mail will also include instructions for accessing the PowerPoint/presentation material.
This program will be recorded and archived and the link to the recording will be emailed to all registrants about a week after the webinar.
